Multiple custom dashboards, widgets, and custom reports are available on the $99 and $199 plans.

Currently, our dashboard widgets use a system timezone and date format for consistency. We understand this may not be ideal for all users, and we're actively working to provide flexibility to switch time and date formats within the dashboard widgets for a more tailored experience.

The dashboard can be modified using custom widgets by Agency Admins and Agency Users. Access varies based on roles:

Agency Admin: Complete edit and view access

Agency User: Complete edit and view access

Account Admin: View access

Account User: View access, based on user permissions

To modify user permissions for the dashboard:

Navigate to "My Staff" in the Settings.

Click "Edit" next to the user whose permissions you want to adjust.

In the "User Permissions" section, make the necessary changes.

Available dashboard permissions include:

Dashboard Stats: Grants access to the entire dashboard (view only for Account Admin and Account Users).

Contacts: Access to all contacts and related widgets.

Opportunity: Access to all opportunities and related widgets.

Appointment: Access to all appointments and related widgets.

Lead Value: Access to monetary value-related widgets.

Only Assigned Data: If enabled, no data will be visible on custom widgets.

To enable team members to view only their data on dashboard widgets:

Set a condition for each widget using USER → LOGGED IN USER under the conditions tab. This ensures each team member sees only their data.

We've shifted to considering the "Last Status Change" date for opportunities, instead of the "Created" date. This change may cause mismatches in opportunity counts due to updates in older opportunities affecting the overall chart count.

To address this, customize the date property used on the widgets:

For General Widgets: Click the filter icon on the widget and switch the date property. Changing it on one filter updates it for all general filters.

For Users: Custom widgets can be added, allowing specification of the date property in widget settings for a tailored experience.
